There are several options for beginners.

• You can join a Beginners 1 Course :provides a structured and enjoyable way to start yoga
• There is also an individual needs class  for those with current injuries or specific conditions where joining the regular class would not be suitable
• Courses usually run in 6 week blocks and all equipment is provided.
• We also  offer a casual class for Beginners on a Saturday morning.
• Beginners 2 Courses are for students who have completed  Beginner 1 Course
• IT IS NECESSARY TO BOOK AND PAY PRIOR TO STARTING ALL BEGINNERS COURSES(for all bookings phone 89418918)
• NO NEED TO BOOK INTO THE OPEN CASUAL SATURDAY CLASS, SIMPLY COME ALONG

Once through the beginner courses there are 
general level classes, intensives and retreats.

General level students can attend ,once ,twice or three times a week . In these classes you can expect to find a wide range of student capability with each working to their own capacity.These classes are also open to casual attendance.

Intensive theme-based classes are  held once a month to enable  experienced students to deepen  their understanding of yoga

Yoga has stood the test of time.

Yoga has been practiced in India for thousands of years.Today it still rewards those who practice it, with increased physical  health and mental quietness. The word “yoga” means union.In the practice of yoga one  aims to unite body mind and soul for health and inner peace.

Our teachers are fully accredited.

We offer 2 pleasant airy studios.One is large,the other a smaller space.  

Class sizes are strictly limited especially at the Beginner Level to foster an environment where students can best learn yoga and where their individual needs are met. We  have an extensive lending library and we also offer for sale  a wide range of yoga props .
