For complete beginners. Excellent introduction to Iyengar yoga The course aims to introduce the basics in a clear and coherent way. Yoga is for everyone,all ages, all shapes and sizes,all levels of flexibility. In each class you work to your own capacity.Wear cool comfortable clothing like shorts sleeveless top or knee length pants and t shirt.Yoga is done in bare feet. All equipment is provided.
Gentle Beginners course:
6.00-7.30 PM 31st August Tuesday
For those stiffer bodies and those recovering from an injury for whom a gentler introduction to yoga would more appropriate than starting in the regular Beginners 1 Course . Small class. Very experienced teacher.
Individual Needs class:
10.45-12.15 4th September Saturday
A small specialised class that runs in 6 week blocks where you work on your individual needs under the guidance of a very experienced teacher It is ideal for stiffer bodies and for those with injuries and specific ailments.
